We had an amazing experience with Ingrid (nurse) for my moms end of life palliative in- home, nursing care. Ingrid quickly became a part of our family in the short time she was involved with us, She was knowledgeable, compassionate and just simply amazing, she's a true earth angel in this world. When she was off, and we had supply nurses, there was zero comparison to Ingrid, she is a cut above and truly deserves to be recognized for her amazing work with my mom. She will forever have a place in our hearts, thank you Ingrid..
PSW's are; kind, caring, respectful, have an uplifting nature, listen and understand, sensitive to others needs, professional, have excellent communication skills, are flexible and adaptable, are team players, problems solve situations, are compassionate and we love them all!
St Elizabeth provided my mother with excellent care. Psw's and nurses were exceptional.
