This salon completely failed my child’s haircut — twice. After the first uneven cut, we were asked to come back for a “fix.” We waited a week, only for the second visit to make it even worse. The hair was visibly uneven on both sides, with long pieces sticking out everywhere. When I pointed this out, instead of correcting their mistake, they handed me a comb and told me to check it myself. They then had the nerve to say it would look fine if we blow-dried it. I tried my first hair cut with Sean. It was really good.
The staff was very kind and attentive. I had my hair colored and cut, and the consultation was very thorough. I would definitely come back again
Overall, haircut is satisfactory. Price wise, fair.
