Excellent response time to my call for service. Even better response time for the service itself. ..moved up on the schedule by several days. Being a rental property, I had issues with red soda spills, and red candle wax on a 6 mo. old carpet. Steve, the tech, did an awesome job removing these. He was very efficient, friendly, and made sure I was satisfied. Job very well done.
