I’m extremely disappointed with SDS BETHEL. In my experience, they come across as completely money-hungry and uninterested in taking care of long-time, loyal customers. I was quoted one price upfront, only to be charged a completely different (and higher) amount when it was time to pay. It felt dishonest and really left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected better, especially after giving them repeat business. I won’t be returning.
Bad business.. I've been doing business here for years and they be lying about quotes. I was told one thing then when it's time to pay they quote me a whole different price. They are super overpriced and dont care about the customer AT ALL. They are strictly about making a profit. Order online its way cheaper for the same product.

This company represents the face of my business — and it is absolutely the real deal. From the owner to the staff to the installation team, everyone is simply amazing. They are friendly, professional, and incredibly skilled. I would recommend SDS not just once, but twice or even three times over! I couldn’t be more thrilled with the work done by SDS Bethel! Billy did an incredible job capturing my vision for the sign. I initially only requested text, but he went above and beyond by adding custom pop art that I didn’t even know I needed! His creativity and attention to detail made the final product so much better than I could have imagined. I’m truly grateful for the extra effort and thoughtfulness, and I highly recommend SDS Bethel for anyone looking for high-quality, professional signage.
