Francis and team took in my Toyota RAV4 after an incident where paint on the road completely covered the entire undercarriage and wheel wells with white paint. Prior to going to SDR, I went to 3 detail shops and reached out to a Toyota dealership directly and none of the 4 were willing to take the job. I worked with Francis on an imported car purchase. Even though we were several states apart, he made the process easy and was provided excellent communication. The car was exactly what was represented when I flew up there and all paperwork necessary was organized to avoid issues with the domestication of the vehicle. I hope I get the chance to work with SDR Garage again in the future.
