Unprofessional. Went to have an estimate done and they told me they would order the parts, then call to schedule the repair. A month went by, and after calling to follow up, was told they forgot to order the parts, but someone would reach out. No one called me, so Ive taken my car to another shop, who was quick to respond and schedule service.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent results.
Crushed it. My car was hit in 3 spots. Came out flawless. This place is top notch. Communication and timeliness are amazing. So is the team from front to back.
My bad experience at this workshop: #1 They took way too long to repair it, supposedly because a part hadn’t arrived. #2 On the day I went to pick up the car, it wasn’t properly cleaned. It was full of dust inside, showing signs that it had been abandoned. I was so upset I didn’t even bother to complain about it—just mentioned the issue. #3 On the third day, a part on the windshield came off.
