Two years ago, I had my rear bumper replaced at SDR. They did a good job, even though it took a long time. But today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Jonah, the person I dealt with, had no interest in listening to my concerns. He only wanted to push his own opinion and ignored what I was trying to explain about my car. I wasted my time completely. I will never go back to SDR again. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
So I recently had an accident and chose SDR collision center to fix my car since it was close to where I live and guess what🤔 they turned my car around like each time I have to drive out, I keep looking for my car lol cause it looks brand new now and like it was never driven before 🫢. SDR , what did you do to my car , how do I rate you all more than 5 stars?? what is a better way to say GOOD JOB well done???. Unprofessional. Went to have an estimate done and they told me they would order the parts, then call to schedule the repair. A month went by, and after calling to follow up, was told they forgot to order the parts, but someone would reach out. No one called me, so Ive taken my car to another shop, who was quick to respond and schedule service.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Excellent results.
Crushed it. My car was hit in 3 spots. Came out flawless. This place is top notch. Communication and timeliness are amazing. So is the team from front to back.
