I have known the owner for a few years now and he has been nothing but upfront and honest, extremely helpful, extremely responsive, and extremely fair on pricing. I’ve used him a couple times for my tires on my Tesla, now my new Audi, and I’ve also had my mother in law go to him where he quoted us half the price of a dealership and for the exact same brand they were offering.
