I’ve been living here for 4 years. I was shown an updated apartment and I got one that is very outdated. The water is shut off at least once every month and since yesterday we have had no hot water OR cooking. There is no concern about how a building full of people will eat or wash themselves, I was told they have up to 72 hours. Unacceptable! Did not get the apartment that was promised we would get after waiting over a month to look at the apartment , just to see it’s outdated ! Very disappointed
**Avoid Stratford Apartments at All Costs!** If I could give **zero stars**, I absolutely would. Stratford Apartments is the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The management team is **unresponsive, disorganized, and unethical** in how they handle lease agreements and tenant concerns. I provided **timely written notice** that I would not be renewing my lease, yet they are now falsely claiming I am bound to a renewal I never agreed to. We lived here for a few years. Nice gym and pool; the staff responds to tickets in a timely manner. Plus, we received our deposit back. Close to buses and stores, generally quiet, and lots of parking. Best apt we ever lived in.
it's a nice space/apartment. but the community is very lackluster. In my experience, I can't make any friends due to the low-key racist community. even in the schools everyone is like a clone of eachother. I as a young trans queer, feel extremely unwelcome in all of the public spaces on the property that aren't my own apartment building.
