My experience at SDK Apartments was the very worst. The property is very old, poorly maintained, and overall, not recommendable. The appliances stove and dishwasher are outdated; Old Washer and dryer won't work. They never clean the grass and outside dog poops, so we get inside Bugs and Rats because of outside mess. They never clean carpets even they don't change. Many leakages and water clog problems. Once we move from apartment, they charge too much amount for wall stains, blinds, stove stains and countertop.
