I was told to contact them by Millbridge Gardens three weeks ago as the people that work at the complex, put the billing issues on sdk I spoke to numerous people and they took my information down and said they would have somebody call they never did.!!! As I had other issues to discuss with all the dog shit all over the property and then allowing half of the whole complex the breach everybody’s lease by allowing restricted dog breeds on site that aren’t even on the leashes half the time !! disgusting living conditions - roach infestations and they do not do their due diligence to properly clean/fumigate and take care of the issue or even properly notify tenants. zero stars if i could.
The worst apartments. Roaches in the apartments and when found they would not allow the lease to be broken to get out of there nor would they respond in a timely manner to clean the place up. Horrific living conditions
I love living here with my family. The environment is amazing as well the staff very attentive. Greenbrook in North Plainfield is by far a Stapleton of what leasing should feel like. Barbara the property manager is extremely attentive and understanding. I will admit I even had issues to which I was made to realize were simple misunderstandings to which Barbara went above and beyond to make both me and my family feel comfortable. Right is right.
