disgusting living conditions - roach infestations and they do not do their due diligence to properly clean/fumigate and take care of the issue or even properly notify tenants. zero stars if i could.
The worst apartments. Roaches in the apartments and when found they would not allow the lease to be broken to get out of there nor would they respond in a timely manner to clean the place up. Horrific living conditions
I love living here with my family. The environment is amazing as well the staff very attentive. Greenbrook in North Plainfield is by far a Stapleton of what leasing should feel like. Barbara the property manager is extremely attentive and understanding. I will admit I even had issues to which I was made to realize were simple misunderstandings to which Barbara went above and beyond to make both me and my family feel comfortable. Right is right.
