I have used SDJ Plumbing and Gas several times over the years and have found them to be professional and prompt with everything that they do. A great example of this was in the last week, they came out on Thursday to inspect an issue with my Hot Water System, found the issue and were quick to highlight that the issue could still be under warranty. Our hot water cylinder died late last Friday. I phoned SDJ and they arranged for a new one to be fitted (the inner sides of our 14 year old one had split - water everywhere, we knew it was not fixable). Arranged for an SDJ team to be at ours 7:30am on Monday. They were a couple of minutes early, installed new cylinder, changed a tap set and checked out another set for us which was very hard to turn off. Had a gas problem. Debbie was lovely on the phone and rearranged some appointments so she could send me a plumber first thing the following morning. The guys were great, worked out exactly what it was and got it fixed. Great service and lovely to deal with!
