Rating 0 stars DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! This company is stuck in the stone age. They have such an antiquated ordering system. They also left me hanging for over a week over a 14.00 shipping charge, couldn't get the email right, charged my credit card for the purchase. When I confronted them the poor receptionist (which is the only one can talk to) didn't like being told that her company needs to operate post covid and that this problem could have been resolved with a 5 min telephone call. I wasted to much time with this ... read more
Waste of time. Find someone else to order your parts through that don't leave you waiting with some stupid additional shipping charges. Why can you just add the charge at checkout like everyone else? Won't use them ever again.
UPDATE: I had a woman call me today from SDHQ to ask if there is anything she could do for us based on our review. How about you call your customer who spent over 4K with you and tell them what your gonna do to make it right! She didnt care about what happened, she made her notes and just needed to document our call.... My husband owns a very well known hunting outfit, is a Cabela's Guide and all our vehicles and camp equipment we are always asked about our experience with products and companies.
