Horrible people. They don't answer emails, calls, letters, nothing. You have to physically show up to their offices with a news station to get any kind of resolution. Currently reaching out to a news station to get said resolution. These people charge washing machine fees for DECADES without you having a washing machine. Lost the key fob to my building, have been trying to get in touch with their agent that deals with our building as well as the agency itself for a week now. No answer. Their website is not only half broken but also has no contact info on it. Their phone menu has an 'emergency' option, I was on hold within that menu for 20 mins for it to finally tell me that the mailbox is full.
