I really appreciate the excellent customer service! I have 2 YT decoy bikes and had a small issue with hardware for a seat. The technical manager Chris Han reached out to me after I purchased some new ones and he sent them for free. I didn’t ask or contact them he was just curious about why I needed new ones. I thought that was very thoughtful. Thank you
