Stopped by to ask some advice and the representative who assisted me was so helpful I opened an account. Mike was very knowledgeable about bank procedures and quickly opened an account and answered all my questions as well as addressed my concerns. I have been back a couple of times with questions (and my own predicaments), and Mike has always helped to the Nth degree. Thank you Mike and SDCCU for helping me and being there every time.
Tellers are always great, especially Alex. However, what’s up with the ATM guys? What has it been, 6 months or so since it has been working or serviced? Do better for an essential function of a bank..
Tellers are always so nice and helpful. I never have to wait in a long line I am always in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great service!
The ATM is always down, making this place completely inconvenient if you work regular type of hours. As of right now its been down for months.
