I was referred to them by another agency. What a horrible experience. Myself and bedridden disable husband we're in desperate need of emergency help. We were temporarily and still are at a hotel and almost was thrown out last weekend form the GM here at the Extended Stay America. One time they emailed me a list of low income apartments that you have to pay a application fee for each one only to be placed on a waiting list. This is ridiculous. I used to work with sda to work to try and find housing or room or anything that's a rental. They used to be free and also based that also if you were disabled on disability. Now I go to their website and now I see they are requiring a application fee and more. Ridiculous, outrageous. Now lost all respect for this agency. So one freaking star. If I could give ZER0 and below I would. Don't call or email this agency, don't sign up.
Been very helpful to me. Once your assigned a representative get their direct phone number. Don't call the main office they are never there.
