My son brought his truck in for a lift installation. This shop misdiagnosed a CV issue, and only after days of confusion did they find a simple parking brake issue. When he asked for clarification on seized adjusters, he was met with hostility. The owner threatened my 17 year old instead of resolving the issue. While he did pay, the overall experience was unprofessional and unacceptable.
My husband brought in our 2008 Acura TL in for the valve gasket seals and to check an odd noise coming from the engine. Being a higher end vehicle I tend to be pretty picky about who gets their hands on the vehicle. They got the job done quickly and effectively, even replacing the intake manifold gasket. Hands down the best mechanic shop I've ever been to! I am living here temporarily due to work and have had some issues with my car. Since the first visit these guys have treated me like family. They are very honest and will not try and sell you on something you don't need. Pricing is fair and turnover time is great. I have been so grateful to have these guys here in Paris.
