I've tried some other title companies and been amazed with their obvious laziness. Greg was responsive, pleasant, and thorough. Can't ask for much more than that.

I needed help finding a deed, and I called Greg because I've worked with First American title before, although not Greg's office. His customer service was amazing--he said he'd get right on it, and I had the information by the end of the day. He didn't charge for the search or the document copy, although I offered to pay. I was wowed by his positive attitude, willingness to help someone who wasn't a direct customer, and speed and accuracy.
