I highly recommend ART therapy. I play tennis which has jacked up my right hip. Cory Harris has helped me get back on the court by releasing all the myofascial tissues in my whole leg along with pinpointing the crux of the issue with my hip flexors. It's like the deepest therapeutic massage ever. Cory knows his stuff. If you want quick relief of that chronic injury, Cory's your man.

Nick Barin is great if you're a weightlifter. He's been helping me with an old shoulder injury and has been prescribing effective exercises.
