The stylist who cut my daughter’s hair was very kind and pleasant, so I genuinely wanted to have a good experience. Unfortunately, the haircut itself was extremely disappointing. Do not make an appointment with Jennifer zabala suite 20. I made an appointment a week in advance for 2 kids haircuts. I literally showed up on time and she wasn't here. I called and text her multiple times and no answer and no response. Even the girl sharing the suite with her called her and nothing. I had my 4 year old and 11 year old waiting for nothing. I cleared my schedule for this appointment. This is ridiculous
Joe is absolutely amazing! He is the manager at SD Salon Suites. He goes over and beyond for his tenants to make sure that they are always happy. The place is immaculate, absolutely beautiful, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and you can tell that a lot of pride was put into the way it was designed.
