I’ve bought and sold when Melissa at S&D on a few occasions and it’s always been an amazing experience. Highly recommended
I do recommend to review their move out addendum before considering leasing from them. They use your security deposit for professional deep cleaning to get property ready for next tenant, and for 2 bdr condo they charged me around $700 plus $300 misc repairs. Did I leave the property in poor condition? No. In fact, they conducted inspection twice a year. Was not behind on payments and gave 60 days move out notice.
