I live in Baldwin hills I’m in one of their properties. Their communication sucks! We got our apartment broken into, all of our windshields were broken and we haven’t gotten a response back! This happened earlier this month and MULTIPLE people in our building reached out and NOT ONE person got a response back. Horrible management. Living at this residence for two years, I have filed multiple complaints in regards to a neighbor allowing their cat to poop outside in common area. Totally unsanitary. Management has done nothing about it to this day and it’s been months already. Now It’s 8am, property management scheduled demolition to the apartment above me. I had a viewing yesterday, the young lady was nice made it seem like I was going to get it but I got denied a hour later saying my credit it's only one thing on my credit for 100$ I sent in everything else and I'm on section 8 so they are going to get paid regardless I think they just scam people for the application money DONT RENT FROM THEM IF YOUR A BLACK SINGLE MOM THEY WILL NOT HELP OR WORK WITH YOU AT ALL

I lived at 937 3rd Street, UNIT 204. This is the worst building and apartment I have lived in my entire life. Steve Darrison (owner) and Irene (property manager) are an absolute nightmare to work with. Did not fix issues. Multiple people got stuck in the elevator of our building. Floods in our building with rain water pouring in was never fixed. A lot of issues. I would never rent or work with this company again. I paid $3,400 for a unit so I would expect a lot more.
