My wife & I applied over a week ago & have yet to receive so much as an email response. I have called multiple numbers multiple times & left messages yet there has been no answer. The most ridiculously unprofessional experience I've had while attempting to rent.
I love this property management company!!!! It was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had applying to a place. They were responsive and helpful through the whole process. I love that they are pet friendly and their new units are nicely done. If you or anyone you know is looking for a place i highly recommended them!!!!
Rent days seems an excellent time to sing the praises of SD Property Management, and especially Georgina Patrizio who goes above and beyond for me and the other tenants. I have been extremely impressed since before I even moved in but especially most recently when I needed some repairs done. She was speedy, and conscientious, and she kept me well informed throughout.
