Why is it that when I call there number it say Evergreen cemetery?? I'm confused? What's there correct number if I'm trying to contact there office.
I was supposed to see them on June 19, 2025... I received a call on June 16th being today from the girl behind the desk letting me know that they had to put my appointment off for one more day so they can celebrate Juneteenth... A fake holiday that isn't even a holiday anymore... You made my appointment a month ago and you wait 3 days before my appointment to tell me that you are going to be closed that day... Maybe if you all didn't play around so much and did your job more, you would have realized it sooner... I will NEVER... read more
They never answer their phones, they play games as it’s all immature children that work there. I live an hour away and they never called me to cancel instead they told me the day of my appointment that Dr wasn’t there AFTER I already made the drive. The receptionists are young and play too many games regarding appointments and cancellations. They gossip behind the window, it’s very unprofessional and it’s sad because I NEED my Dr , none of this is his fault either as he’s excellent this far!
THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES!! It’s frustrating because if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you get no answer!!!
