Very dependable from start to finish. I got all my questions answered clearly from the beginning and they made scheduling easy and convenient. Upon mentioning my allergies I was informed of a product that could benefit me, but they were never pushy or made me feel like they were just trying to up sell. I decided to go with the UV light and WOW what a great investment that was!!

All in all, I had a great experience with the staff over the phone, as well as the technicians who were very professional and personable. I am happy with my services and will continue business with SD Air Quality for dryer vent and air duct cleaning services in the future.

I called this company after reading some of the reviews online. I am so glad I chose them to clean my air ducts. They are truly amazing and I wish more business would do business like them. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and polite. The techs arrived on time and called before they showed up. The job was done by a team of two friendly guys who took the time to answer all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who ever needed their services.

I loved the service I was provided. My dryer duct needed to be cleaned out. The technician went over and beyond to do the work. Not only did he clean the air ducts, but also thoroughly cleaned behind and around the dryer, in addition to clearing out a bird's nest in the vent. He carefully preserved the eggs and found a safe place for hopefully the mother bird to find them again. I would highly recommend their service

We moved into a 25 year old home that was in serious need of a thorough air duct cleaning. There was so much dust coming out of the vents whenever the heat/ac was on, and even when it was off you could see the lint floating in the air glittering in the sunlight. I constantly had allergies. Like many others I read these reviews on SD Air Quality. With many allergy issues I wanted my home as clean as possible, not only cleaning what we see but also cleaning what we don t see but breath and had them clean all my air ducts in the home. I can't say enough good things about this company. Their staff was great from the first phone call I made until the owner came to my home after the work was done and removed some fingerprints on the attic door. This is my second time in 2 years doing business with SD Air Quality to have my dryer duct cleaned. I left a message when I first called, but they returned my call a few minutes later and scheduled an appointment for the following business day. As before, the technicians called before arrival as requested, were early and did a great job. They were friendly and efficient, and we'll do business with SD Air Quality when the dryer duct needs cleaning again!

Great customer service. As a mother with a new baby born ,I decided to clean my air ducts in the house. After doing a little research online, and seen the great reviews I made up my mind to go with sd air quality. They were able to set same week appointment which worked perfect with my busy schedule. I was suffering from really bad allergies, probably from dust. These allergies made me feel really bad, so I couldn't function at all. I knew that my ducts are dirty cause I did some recent construction at our family house.
