I do not know the SCV Wound Care office, but I saw Dr. Ian Cook at the Center for Wound Care & Hyperbarics at Palmdale Regional Medical Center in Palmdale, CA. Dr. Ian Cook is nothing short of amazing. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient. The WHOLE staff, including Mary, Sara, Lora, Leticia, in fact every person I encountered, were exceptional! Clean office and rooms great front desk personnel. The doctors had a very nice bedside manner explained everything before attempting to clean my wound. I had a very deep gash with stitches inside and out on the knee and Dr. B took very well care of it as ER didn’t even clean out my room properly or give me antibiotics Dr. B cleaned. It told me exactly what to do when I went home took care of the stitches. Make sure all were taken out. I can’t say enough about them. They are great.
I had an open would at the top of my foot that wouldn’t go away so I went to see Dr Ian Cook at SCV Wound care. I was actually pleasantly surprised, as soon as I walked in the door everyone at the reception desk was soo friendly and all greeted me and asked about how I was doing. I was moved into a treatment room almost immediately by a nurse who was very receptive to my concerns.
