Today I went to this place to get my manicure and pedicure and start a relaxing Saturday which obviously got ruined by the poor service they provided. The lady who was doing my manicure was so amateur that I had to stop her after I saw how terribly she has filed my left hand’s nails. I am not sure if these people are being properly trained. I can do my nails at home much better but in order to save time and treat myself I go and ask someone do to a very normal manicure!! The problem with this place isn't the quality of the work, it’s the inconsistency in pricing. Every visit seems to come with a different total, even when I’m getting the exact same service. Today, I was unexpectedly charged an extra $5 for “length” on a refill and style I’ve been doing monthly — even though we actually cut the nails down. Whenever I ask for a breakdown, I am always met with vague explanations and add-ons that aren’t listed on the menu or communicated beforehand. Wonderful experience. I was made to feel welcome from the minute I entered the salon. The quality of the service was great. Very fast and professional. I will definitely return.
Just had my nails done here and I’m so impressed! Mike did a fantastic job, super detailed, neat, and exactly what I wanted. The shape and finish are perfect. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend!
