This is on the verge of "freaky"! Tweaked my lower back at the gym last week. Have been miserable, lower back issues for 30years on/off. Hurt so much over the weekend; sitting, walking, turning over in the bed, not to mention how much it hurt to get out of bed in the morning. I did Cryo yesterday, did not hurt at all while sleeping/turning over in bed last night! Felt great getting out of bed this morning! I am shocked at how great I feel this morning! Just can't believe it actually! So happy!
