Louis at Sculpt U got me back to running and no pain in my Achilles which had me sidelined and couldn’t walk for more than 10 minutes for a long time. His approach through active recovery allowed me to get back into the game
Louis was very helpful in relieving my pain. I liked his approach of slowly building up strength to address my tendinopathy. He helped relieve my pain in just a few sessions. Highly recommend!
