My favorite strength class of all time! For reference, I’ve been in workout classes 5 times a week for 20 years. If I stilled lived in Austin, I’d attend Keith’s class as often as possible.
This place has absolutely everything you need for a great workout: a variety of classes, plenty of equipment, great music, and incredible people running it. Keith is super attentive, gives clear exercise guidance, and constantly goes around correcting movements and helping us set up when needed.
