SCULPT gave me both excellent workouts and a welcoming community while I was living in New Orleans temporarily for work. All of the instructors bring their own “flavor” to classes but share a common theme of correct form and modifying for your specific needs. I particularly enjoyed Candice and Kristen’s classes. The smaller class size ensures you get adequate supervision and correction in the group classes, although it does mean that classes fill up quickly!
Loved the studio and the vibe ! Bridget was an amazing instructor...Will be back next time I'm in NOLA
