Studio is clean & bright. The staff is awesome! I struggled with exercise and felt I wouldn’t fit in...these ladies are motivating, encouraging & supportive. As someone who isn’t “younger”, this is a great place to develop physical health! I challenge every person over the age of 40 to really consider this studio! You won’t regret it.
