I brought my 12-year-old son in after school at approximately 3:00pm on a Wednesday. There were three associates with one of them available. Tania immediately asked if we were ready and sat my boy in the chair to cape him up straight off. She asked my son what he wanted done and made sure he made his own decision and did exactly what he asked for which is extremely important for a 12-year-old!
