I was recently involved in a car accident. Rear-ended, without a lot of damage. I have an older vehicle, and for that reason do not carry collision coverage. Joanna at Scully-Monroe gave me step by step assistance, and contacted the other parties insurance. I most impressed with the concern and attention to someone who did not have full coverage. The other partie's insurance contacted me and everything including a rental car, will be covered. Thank you Joanna
