What a great experience!! The team at Scuderia West are some of the best! They were very friendly and easy to work with! Caleb was up front with me with everything on the bike. told me about the previous owner really making me feel cofortable about the sell. and then my bank gave Don a little bit of trouble and delayed my the check but he handled it great! and They still let me take it home on the date we had already agreed! I went to the dealership to buy gear and possibly a dual-use bike, but it was closed...apparently due to activism and political involvement. It’s disappointing to see some beloved motorcycle brands (like Aprilia, Guzzi, Piaggio and KTM) now associated with divisive activism. Comments on the Instagram post were turned off, which makes it difficult to understand or discuss such a radical decision. The customer backlash seems huge. I hope they get back to what unites us: our passion for motorcycles.
Really good customer service. Brought my bike in for a headlight issue. They identified the problem, fixed it. I took the bike back and within a week or 2 had the headlight go out again. Brought it back to have it reworked and wasn’t sure if they would try to charge me a second time, cause it’s not OBVIOUSLY connected to their previous efforts. Cause I mean it was working. Save your money and don't buy new to get their extended 5yr KTM warranties, warranty claims are a nightmare. I splurged for a new 2023 KTM 500 EXC specifically because they offered an extended warranty. When my top end failed in the first ~100hr, the shop took 6mo+ and dragged their feet on handling the claim, only to have it denied with a BS cop-out of "anything that looks like a lean condition-related failure is not covered". Report had no evidence beyond some isolated cylinder scoring and shop sat on the denial for months... read more
