Incomplete/inaccurate damage assessment on my bike. Nice people though.
These guys are my local KTM dealer and I really enjoyed my experience. I had my 390 Enduro serviced here, brought my bike in for a recall, and they pre-emptively fixed another issue on the bike that I was unaware of. I wasn't super prompt on my pickup after the service was complete and they were still kind to me when I made it over to grab my bike. I'd recommend these folks to anyone in town and will definitely be coming back for future support. Thanks guys!
What a great experience!! The team at Scuderia West are some of the best! They were very friendly and easy to work with! Caleb was up front with me with everything on the bike. told me about the previous owner really making me feel cofortable about the sell. and then my bank gave Don a little bit of trouble and delayed my the check but he handled it great! and They still let me take it home on the date we had already agreed!
