Professional and timely.
Excellent customer service from my first meeting with **** **** to discuss my roof project, all the way to the last day of my roof project with the roof technicians. Great concern and follow up from the roof team with any questions I might have, keeping my yard and the work area super clean! Could not be happier, very impressed with the entire Scudder Team! Great follow up, highly recommend!
******* Roofing did a great job replacing our Gazebo roof. They stood by their estimate. ******** was very accommodating on our scheduling needs. The quality of the work was excellent. The ******* employees were very thorough and their craftsmanship was great, The overall process was smooth and efficient. This is the 2nd roof ******* has provided for us. I would highly recommend them.
They insisted on presenting roof estimate in person so made appt per their request. Stressed that day they set was day leaving for vacation. No one appeared at 0830 date so I called after 15 mins wait. Was told that estimator had a "personal problem " arise day before and it was passed ** to another. Talked on tel w him and asked "if u knew yesterday u were supposed to show up, why did u not call to tell me u would not appear." He said apologized but added "the estimate was not finished anyway."
