I moved into Scudder Falls 6 months ago and have nothing but good things to say about management, maintenance and the complex itself. The units are a great size for the price. The buildings were built in the 60’s but are well maintained and updated. My unit was recently updated before I took possession and I believe they are doing the same for all turnovers.
