Horrible customer service. It took them over a month to get me a quote on a repair for a trailer. Had to call 3 times and then they decided to charge me $1,100 for storage without even telling me, and their excuse was that I never gave them the “proper information” to send the quote, but when I callled the third time they haven’t even done the quote yet, and also it wasn’t until the third time until the asked me for my information.
