Lady at the front is extremely rude. Keep her away from the front desk. I feel sorry for anyone that has to be around her.

My luck couldn't be worse this week. A branch fell on my Camry during a sunny day and since it hit the roof and dented it, body shop said it was totaled. So I had to get a rental. All they had was a jeep wrangler. Getting in is hard too. On my way to town, I got a nail in my front right tire. Just a few miles out. En route to Ohio, I stopped into this shop because my tires were making funny noises. Jason at the desk checked out the tires immediately and let me know that three of the tires had dry rot and a broken belt. We couldn’t wait until 2:30 for new tires to be delivered so Jason wrote down what I needed and directed me to a couple of shops further north. When I tried to pay, he wouldn’t allow it.
