Very poor service. Told me sofa would be delivered around the 19th October, sent me two texts saying that it will be delivered on the 23rd then a call on the 22nd saying it will be another three weeks so I asked to have the ordered cancelled and the person that just called me from the Stevenage store told me it will be delivered when it's ready whether I like it or not. Never had to put up with this kind of nonsense and arrogance from DFS. Will stick to getting my sofas from them from now on and I would suggest who ever is r... read more
Bad company do not deal with customer service if you have problems awfull.
Very helpful explaining everything about fabrics and leather
The atmosphere in the store was friendly with no real pressure selling, the staff were very observant and were ready to answer any questions we raised. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. We did buy a sofa.
From the moment we entered the store we were made very welcome by Kobbie, he was happy to leave us to wander or happy to show us to where we wanted (we had a prepared list and he took us straight to the sofas) He was so helpful and did not rush as at all.
