Terrible experience!!!! Max is one of the worst realtors I have ever had to deal with. He made it very clear that he cared more about the money than making sure that my roommate and I were completely comfortable and all set with our apartment. He dodged my calls and emails multiple times and even left my keys with one of his coworkers with vague instruction to get them to me! **BE AWARE** THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A REAL ESTATE COMPANY! Max was very unprofessional to the point where he gave my keys to my apartment to a random person! Always responded late after he received my payment for the lease. Once he got his money, he turned into a different person. Ignored my calls and emails. I will never use this realty company and STRONGLY advice you not to!

Call, book and sign. It was that easy. The gang at SCS Realty Group didn’t waste my time running around the city aimlessly. They have the best book of exclusive listings and were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for after a quick Q & A session. They were able to negotiate a great deal and managed the whole process from start to move-in. It was a breeze and the amount of time I saved in invaluable. I would highly recommend them if don’t want to waste weeks running around looking at useless listings.
