Poor customer service. Very disappointing.
The customer service with the company is horrible. The phone number does not get you to a live person and only forwards you to a voicemail for which you have to leave a message. I've left several with no return call. I've emailed with nothing more than an automatic response back. I will never purchase with this company again. First impressions are lasting ones!
There are better kitchen electrics out there for the price.
