They have an online appointment option that isn’t even monitored. I made an appointment online and was waiting on a confirmation that never came so the day I had made the appointment for I call. I was told oh that’s set up by the owner and she isn’t here today. You have to call so we can look at the screen, so I say can I get an appointment then, I was told NO we are all booked. Out of towner that booked an appointment with Norma for an updo. I could not have been happier. My hair looked beautiful and lasted all night through much dancing. She paid attention to every detail and it was exactly what I had envisioned. Highly recommend!
