I took my wife's car to a alignment shop and he said the rear camber arms were worn out so I took it to the mechanic and he said everything was good so I took it to another alignment shop and they said the rack and pinion was bad so I took it to Scruggs they checked it out and said everything was fine they aligned it and it drives perfect, they are honest and do great work I highly recommend them.
Just had a great experience at Scruggs! I hit something on the road and got a low tire pressure in one of my tires shortly after. A friend recommended Scruggs. Tyler took off my tire and found the inside rim was bent allowing air to keep out. He recommended a place in Greer to get it fixed and didn't charge me for his service. True Southern Hospitality. Thank you Scruggs!
I'm sure these guys do great work based on the other reviews, but I found it impossible to get even simple service (an alignment). I called 3 times on separate days, with no answer. Finally on the 4th call they did answer, said no appointment is needed, and that I could come in this afternoon. I then drove to their shop just after lunch and it was completely closed up with no sign of life. Again - probably great people.
