I went to all of the scrub stores in town looking for a nice set of scrubs and this place is the BEST! From now on this is the only place I’m going! Their customer service is by far the BEST!!!! Also the prices are lower than the other places.

I work for a Veterinarian clinic in Marshall. When Marshall Scrubs closed we found Scrubs N Such to purchase our scrubs. Every order placed, big or small, in stock or ordered, was always ready in a timely manner and the owner and staff were always friendly and helpful.The prices were great and all orders correct. Friends please share so that no one else will have this experience...64 days ago I ordered scrub pants from Scrubs n Such in Longview, Tx. I was told it would take about 2 weeks to get them in. As of now they still aren’t in. I called multiple times to inquire about them and was continually told that they were on back order. Today, I called and asked for a refund since I have not received my scrub pants yet. I was told by the owner that it was store policy that they not refund money, but only offer store credit. Mrs Burns... All our customers matter to us. However... From time to time inventory is on back order from the warehouse, this is beyond any companys control. The owner and I have asked if we could possibly replace the order with something else or do anything we could to make this better. I love this place! They are very professional and friendly, there’s always a great selection with a lot of fun stuff to boot! I needed new scrubs in a hurry and they had just what I needed, this will be the only place I shop for scrubs from now on.
