We work close with many colleges & the bookstores every semester, insuring that every student will have everything they need for class & clinicals, & working with the bookstore to use student loans or financial aid to help make it affordable for students to get their scrubs, shoes & supplies that they need. Well they got me again! I ordered 2 sets of wonder wink petite jogger pants and also tops. The pants are $43 a pair. They were ordered correctly and my receipt reflects that. I got them in quickly and obviously wanted to wear them the next day. I noticed throughout the day they just were not fitting right so I checked them. They were regular pants! Mrs. Hines, when we spoke I explained we can’t exchange anything that has been worn. There are many reasons we can’t exchange worn items. We always go above and beyond with Customer Service. Just like the time we delivered your tops to you so that you didn’t miss work. If you would please review all of our other reviews and you’ll see that we strive for a five star every time. I’m sorry your frustrated.
The service is amazing! They came to do an on-site fitting for our entire staff. They offer monogramming as well at a very reasonable price. We got our new scrubs in this week and we are SO impressed. The girls got excited and changed into them that day!
I appreciate the many years this company has been around to serve Longview medical professionals. After going to another store because of reviews I found that customer service was missing. Being told my 4yr could not enter the store because of the current pandemic. I left that store and went to where I never had a problem scrubs galore. Everyone was super sweet from the moment I walked in! I hadn't wore scrubs in years and they helped me with honest opinions on how they were fitting. They carry a wide range of sizes which was great ;) plus hitting a 40% off sale wasn't too shabby either!!! Will Def be back!
