If I could put zero stars, I would. Normally, I am greeted at the door and have a decent experience. Today, there was only one girl working, and no other customers in the store and she did not greet me when I came in. And she hid in the back for 10 minutes and did not come out until I yelled out for help. Her customer service skills were absolutely deplorable.
Tatiana was the sweetest most helpful sales associate. Very professional kind and knowledgeable.
This location is my go-to when I need to purchase something quickly. I usually order online and return to this location if my order does not work well. Tatianna has been extremely helpful with streamlining the returns, every time I need to return something. Tatianna is extremely kind, her greeting is warm and she is always willing to help with any in store purchases.
