I love their clothes but today I happen to go into the store today to get a couple pair of pants on my lunch break because I ripped a hole in my pants at work I get there. I didn’t get greeted. I pick out my two pants go to the register. Stay there and wait for the girl to get done looking at her phone and I stood there for two minutes before she cashed me out then she proceeds to tell me that I had to have a card because she didn’t have any cash because she didn’t have time to go to the bank today. Jessica is always very helpful, especially when I have issues with the Castleton location and have to make exchanges. She is always willing to help and lovely to work with.
Staff was very Friendly and Helpful and they had the best pricing. They carry a wide range of smaller petite sizes for my wife in stock. Definitely recommend them and we will be coming back later.
I had the pleasure of meeting Tom today while checking out! He showed me new products that our hospital could really benefit from and was more than helpful! Thanks again!
