First, if you hope to find someone who arrives "on time" - give up on these guys. They literally provide 9 hour windows if you want to use their service. Next, their customer service and management is absolutely awful. They're worst than waiting for a cable guy - because their customer service folks (aka their manager) is quite possibly the rudest person I've ever had to speak to about business
