This was my first time getting a car wash from scrub hub. I had the best experience ever. After the car wash I noticed my tires were still dirty. I went around and spoke with Justin. He was super courteous. He actually came out and cleaned the tires himself and explained after the next car wash I should just wipe them down afterwards. He went above and beyond customer service. Scrub hub definitely has a gem for an employee. Best customer service at a car wash hands down. I will definitely be a returning customer.
This place deserves 10 stars..no negativity from me! Very courteous attendees..they always offer you a bottled water and a fragrance hanger for your car on EVERY VISIT! The car wash process is immense to complete detail..the attendants are cleaning your car before if ever advances into the wash! Once completed wash..then the vacuums are ALWAYS WORKING! I came today and met a kind very knowledgeable and professional man, Joseph! He was well spoken and explained each wash throughly. Down to the difference between each one specifically. I ended signing up and knew he was the best person to sign up with. Not to mention the prepping he and another young man did before my wash! Amazing! Thank you again Joseph.
