This is the second time in 2 months that they have closed early with no notice. I stopped by again tonight and it was closed at 8:24 pm with 2 workers walking around. I have had the membership since this location has opened. Very disappointing.
Ripped my hood trim straight off my truck!!! I went to the attendant and said I had a problem and showed him... he walks Inside and grabs my trim piece and says, “it’s all good it will go right back on”! Granted it is all scraped to hell and back from the concrete and it broke three tabs off, it did snap back in but now flaps everytime the wind hits it.. so now I have to spend $50 to buy a new piece and I am extremely pissed off about this situation but I kept my cool and moved on!!! I went to Scrubbys to vacuum out my Jeep Wrangler. I was told I couldn't use the vacuum if I didn't pay for a wash. I said that's fine I do not mind paying for the wash so I can vacuum but too scared to take soft top through wash. The manager, Deshawn came to me and really wanted me to be able to have the wash as well since I was paying for it. He put a guard on the top roller and we were good to go 😊. RecommendedI’m a scrubby Murrells Inlet member since a 1 year and a half. I always have a very good experience when I stop by, really good staff, helpful and you always feel welcome when you go there. Tonight I would like to give a big shout out to the (Wednesday night) staff. I just got in from Florida and on my way back I got in a huge bug cloud for at least 3 miles the front of my truck was a real mess but the amazing staff took real good care of my truck and wow!!! Thanks again and I recommend scrubby’s to everyone.

Shout out to Desean. My window was shattered and I had sticky duck tape residue all around my car window after I had to cover it. Desean saw me struggling and scrubbing away, got some of the bug formula and helped me get it off. He’s a keeper!
This place is amazing. From the smiling faces and friendly staff that seems to always be happy they are working for Scrubby’s. All top of the line equipment, clean lot and all the towels and vacuum pressure you need. Very impressed with this company and there car wash concept. Just try it you will see.

Amazing- above and beyond. Thanks DeSean. I ran over a tube of goo that fell off a roofing truck. The guys and manager worked for quite awhile to scrape it off. I was so impressed they took the time to help me. Highly recommend! Glad we have this great place here
